On opening the pack to my dismay I found the nourishing massage cream missing in the pack without the cream.

Led TV which is not delivered still and no refunds credited into my account ...please solve my problem. I want to send it back to you as you have mentioned in your advertisement that i can send it back with in month time. The ingenuineness of this review appears doubtful.

But it has been 1 month and despite my regular phone call and follow up with home shop 18 customer care, I have not received the missing product and thus not able to use the entire pack. After getting bitterly harassed by homeshop18, I am writing this complaint to you in the big hope that, I will get it resolved. Unfortunately, we don't have any law for consumer rights .
