The place was small, so it's not so overwhelming. They take care of the daily meds, and they have an RN on site 24 hours. I want to see how it's going to look after they update the place. Some of the staff were very friendly and very cooperative. Some seemed to care and act on it and some didn’t. She was supposed to get physical therapy twice a day and we found out she hadn’t even had it yet. We had to stay on top and let them know that we were watching them. There was no activity other than her therapy and bathing her and stuff like that, which might be partly for her situation. My mom is a current resident for follow up and rehabilitation on a knee operation and other health issues, and the stuff she tells me about is absolutely horrendous.

My mom was at Winchester Terrace and I didn’t like that place.
